NewMedia Partners is an innovative private equity and corporate development boutique. We focus our equity investment activities and corporate advisory efforts exclusively on "new media" firms; those firms engaged in the creation, management, and distribution of consumer-oriented digital media content. Although numerous definitions of “content” are in the current lexicon, for our private equity and advisory activities we define “digital content” as: News, Information, Communication, Education, and Entertainment (music, video, and sports), distributed through IP-based wired and wireless networks.

Our firm is differentiated by our specialized boutique approach as well as our use of innovative and proprietary qualitative frameworks for private equity investment evaluation and corporate strategy formulation. NewMedia Partners’ boutique approach is based upon:
